The referees have 2 values. The S-value which show you how skilled the referee is. And the H-value that shows you how hard (strict) the referee is. The values are on a scale of 1 to 9 where 1 is a low value and 9 is the highest value.
Depending on the referees stats for the coming game, you should play with the following tactics:
Skill (S)
1 – 3, play with cheats.
4 – 6, play with neither cheats or offside traps.
7 – 9, play with offside traps.
Hardness (H)
1 – 3, play bruise.
4 – 6, play normal.
7 – 9, play careful
