Who to buy?

Buying players in xpert eleven is something that every manager is going to need to do to sustain a team capable of competing in the league and cups for the seasons to come. But who to buy?

For long term success you need a mixture of experience and youth in your team - but remember to keep in mind the 26 year old age rule. You dont want a team full of young inexperienced players as this will not bring the results. You also dont want a team full of 30+ players as you wont get much more seasons out of them.

The best value for money is a home grown talent, of course - 30 000 only. Always try and sell surplus talents. Based on years of research though, the second best value for money is a 17-4 player, market price 1,4 mil. If you sell him when he's 28-29 at skill 10-11 (6 skill bars in 12 seasons), he‟s worth 10-15 mil. Net profit: 13,6 mil. However 18-4 players are also very good value for money and is what i usually go for when i start out with a new team.

For quick results, it is sometimes a good idea to purchase 30-7 players if you can afford them. These players will offer a good return for money in the short term however dont expect thier skill to increase much as this starts to decline with age.
